• No partial refunds will be issued for unused services.

Transfers (International Land Tours Only)

You may request to transfer to another Avitura international land tour if:

• The new Trip must depart within two years of the transfer date.

(b) Expedition Cruises

Payments for expedition cruises are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of timing.

Custom or private group cruise departures may have different conditions; these will appear in the Detailed Itinerary.

(c) Ontario Day Tours & Short Tours

Ontario-based Avitura tours follow a separate, more flexible policy:

• You may reschedule one time at no additional cost; or
• Apply your payment as a credit toward another Ontario tour within the same calendar year.

No refunds are provided for Ontario tours.

Credits do not carry forward into future calendar years unless authorized by Avitura in writing.

(d) Cancellation by Avitura for Reasons Other Than Force Majeure

Avitura may cancel a Trip prior to departure for reasons such as insufficient enrollment or operational requirements.

If Avitura cancels a Trip for reasons not related to Force Majeure, and the cancellation is not due to your actions, you may choose:

  1. A substitute Trip of equivalent or greater value; or

  2. A substitute Trip of lesser value, with Avitura refunding the price difference; or

  3. A full refund of all monies paid to Avitura for the cancelled Trip.

This refund represents Avitura’s maximum liability.
